Victoria Raywood is the Director and Finance Director at Insite Arts. She has broad experience in both creative and arts management roles. 

Starting out, Victoria directed a number of independent works in Melbourne and then went onto be a founding member of the outdoor performance company, 5 Angry Men. Having acquired extensive international touring and company management experience, Victoria progressed to become the Co-Artistic Director and General Manager of Big West Festival (Vic) and Secretariat Manager for the Australian International Documentary Conference Ltd (AIDC) produced by Arts Projects Australia (SA). 

As a Director of Insite Arts since 2009, Victoria is responsible for the financial and business administration of the company and works across all aspects of the company’s program of activity. 

Within her role she has overseen the financial delivery of festivals including MONA FOMA and Unsound, the management and establishment of small companies including Australian Art Orchestra and Stephanie Lake Company and the development delivery and auspice of independent artists’ projects. 

Victoria works out of Insite's Melbourne/Naarm office on the land of the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation.
