The directors of Insite Arts can provide consultancy and direct management of developing and implementing strategic plans. We offer a creative approach to strategic planning for a range of company structures and sizes from start up business models to festivals, to re-structuring and change management. This can include ongoing assessment during its operational delivery and key measurable outcomes for evaluation and assessment.

Previous experience in strategic and management plans include: ASSITEJ (2008), Big West Festival (2007), Apollo Bay Music Festival, Strafford’s (Gippsland) Shakespeare on the River Festival, Horsham Art is Festival, Festival Melbourne 2006, FINA Festival 2007, Melbourne Fringe Festival (2005/6).
