The direc­tors of Insite Arts can pro­vide con­sul­tancy and direct man­age­ment for devel­op­ing and imple­ment­ing strate­gic plans. We offer a cre­ative approach to strate­gic plan­ning for a range of com­pany struc­tures and sizes from start up busi­ness mod­els to fes­ti­vals, to re-structuring and change of man­age­ment. This can include ongo­ing assess­ment dur­ing oper­a­tional deliv­ery and key mea­sur­able out­comes for eval­u­a­tion and assessment.
