Stella is an Associate Producer and Administration Coordinator at Insite Arts, working from Insite's Melbourne/Naarm office on the land of the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation.   

Stella has worked in an administrative capacity in various roles for the past 5 years, including director's assistant, copywriting & marketing assistant, and strata management. 

Stella is also a Naarm-based playwright and theatre-maker, originally from rural North East Victoria. She completed her Master’s degree at the Victorian College of the Arts in Theatre (Writing for Performance) in 2020. Stella was a recent finalist in the Australian Theatre Festival's 2022 New Play Award for her script Ways to Drown a Fish.
